This is the helm that smashed through Nekravol, kicked the Khan Maykr off her golden throne, and head-butted a Titan for good measure. We’ve brought that battle-scorched legend into reality with an all-ABS shell, emerald visor, and paint stack straight from the Urdak forges.
- Shell – Impact-resistant ABS, 3 mm average wall. Printed in 0.12 mm layers, acetone-vapor fused, then plastic-welded into one seam-free bucket—no weak joins to crack when the mosh-pit starts.
- Visor – 1 mm PETG vacuum-formed and dye-cast to Slayer-green spec. Mirror outside, crystal inside. Pops out with four hidden screws if you ever want to swap tint.
- Crown Vents & Jaw Grille – Cold-cast aluminium/resin hybrid for that “real metal” clink without the neck-strain weight.
- Finish – MTN 94 Olive Drab base → Tamiya NATO Black panel shading → AK-Interactive Dark Steel dry-brush on high points → Vallejo Orange hazard markers → oil-wash grime and soot → dead-matte clear to kill toy sheen. Looks like it’s clocked 10,000 demons and kept the receipts.
- Interior – Optional 15 mm gel-foam comfort pack.
- Weight & Fit – ~1.35 kg finished. Fits heads up to 63 cm; we’ll resize the print free if you need more room for that Doomguy jawline.
