Pulled straight from the ominous aesthetic of the Murderbot Diaries, this Recon Combat Helmet evokes the cold precision of an ungoverned SecUnit. With sweeping sensor ridges, deep matte microtexturing, and high-contrast orbital optics, it’s everything you'd expect from a rogue AI with opinions about humans and a penchant for efficiency. We referenced fan-favourite artwork, character notes from Martha Wells’ canon, and contemporary sci-fi tactical design language to reimagine what a full-sized, screen-ready helmet might look like. From the orbital cam cluster to the contoured vent mesh, every surface was panelled, cut, and weathered for a patina of combat-worn realism. It’s light enough for a full con day, rigid enough for display, and sharp enough to make security nervous.
